The following are Holmes Drafting Services HOURLY rates for personnel.

| Engineering Re-Seal | Engineer Fee + $125.00 admin fee |
| Rush Turnaround (5 business days or less) | 80% surcharge |
| Shipping / Printing Fees | Cost + 25% |
| Travel Fees & In-Progress Site Visits | $275 + $1.75/mile |
