This is for someone who knows that a strong brand experience moves the needle, and that storytelling doesn’t stop at the screen. Your job is to craft connections: digitally through content, and physically at events. Do it fast. Do it clean. Do it in a way people remember.

What You’ll Actually Do

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish daily posts that actually get attention.

  • Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement like it’s your personal arena.

  • Track performance, tweak strategy, and keep the brand voice sharp and consistent.

Event Representation

  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and community functions as the face of HDS.

  • Capture live content (photos, reels, behind-the-scenes moments) that drives buzz.

  • Build relationships with contractors, clients, and partners in real time.

Brand Consistency & Reporting

  • Make sure the HDS brand looks, sounds, and feels the same across every platform and event.

  • Keep content calendars, campaign notes, and reports neat and actionable.

  • Provide weekly insights: what worked, what flopped, and what’s next.

The Ideal Fit

  • Confident on-camera and in-person (you’re comfortable being “the face” when needed).

  • Social savvy: you know trends before they’re trending.

  • Strong communicator who can flip between casual captions and professional networking.

  • Organized, fast-moving, and not afraid to try bold ideas.
