Nope! In fact, we recommend starting with your plans first. That way, you’ll know exactly how much land you’ll need and avoid buying a parcel that doesn’t fit your vision.
No, we handle that for you. All of our plans are code-ready and can be sealed by licensed engineers when needed for permitting.

Although each municipality is different, generally you will be required to provide the following for additions or new homes:
Three copies of sealed plans
A site plan or survey
Truss engineering
HVAC Calculations/Engergy Calc./Manual J&D
Product approval form
