Lead Development Specialist

  • Your job is simple: Turn warm / cold interest into qualified appointments. Do it fast. Do it clean. Do it at scale.

What You’ll Actually Do

  1. Inbound Opportunity Management
    1. Respond to all inbound leads within 60 minutes during business hours.
    2. Pre-qualify interest fast: scope, budget, timeline.
    3. Book meetings for closers or project leads.
    4. Own the lead until it transitions or dies. No black holes.
  1. Outbound Prospecting
    1. Dig through CRM, old call lists, referrals, online posts—anything that smells like a lead.
    2. Send the texts. Make the dials. Follow up like your paycheck depends on it (because it does).
    3. Re-engage stale leads and resurrect past clients.
    4. Create momentum from thin air.
  1. CRM Discipline + Reporting
    1. Keep Salesforce cleaner than a hospital operating room.
    2. Every call logged. Every note clear. Every status accurate.
    3. Push weekly pipeline reports with insights that actually help the team close.

What Success Looks Like

  • Response time under 60 minutes
  • 15-20 qualified appointments/week
  • 250+ outbound touches/week
  • Contact-to-qualified conversion rate above 25%
  • Clear attribution for every lead

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $600–$1,000/week (depending on experience and ramp period).
  • Performance Bonus (Weekly):
    • $100 bonus for hitting 20 qualified appointments in a week.
    • $10 per qualified appointment set above 20.
  • Monthly Bonus:
    • $300 if 60%+ of qualified leads are sourced through outbound (cold) efforts.
