This isn’t customer service. This is pipeline command. You’re the control tower making sure every lead, every estimate, and every project handoff flows smoothly through HDS. If you just want to shuffle papers and pass messages, don’t apply.

This is for someone who knows that pipeline health equals company health. You’re obsessed with clarity, speed, and accountability. Your job is simple: Keep the pipeline moving. Kill bottlenecks. Make sure no lead, client, or project falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Actually Do

Pipeline Management

  • Own the entire pipeline from first contact to project kickoff.

  • Assign, track, and follow up on all inbound and outbound opportunities.

  • Maintain visibility for leadership: where leads are, what’s stalled, what’s closing.

Client Coordination

  • Support Project Coordinators and LDS by making sure client handoffs are smooth.

  • Handle escalations, schedule adjustments, and “where are we at?” questions.

  • Act as a steady point of contact to keep clients confident and informed.

Process Optimization

  • Spot weak links in the pipeline and fix them before they cost us revenue.

  • Track KPIs across the team and hold people accountable to activity standards.

  • Make sure tools (CRM, reports, workflows) are used properly and consistently.

CRM Discipline + Reporting

  • Keep Salesforce airtight: every lead tracked, every note logged, every stage clear.

  • Push weekly pipeline reports with real insights, not just data dumps.

  • Forecast with accuracy so leadership can plan capacity and revenue.

What Success Looks Like

  • Zero “black hole” leads or projects.

  • Every stage of the pipeline updated in real time.

  • Weekly reports that leadership actually uses.

  • Smooth handoffs between LDS, Project Coordinators, and Closers.

  • Clear visibility into bottlenecks, with solutions already in motion.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $1,050–$1,250/week (depending on experience and ramp period).

  • Performance Bonus (Weekly): $100 bonus for hitting zero-lag reporting + clean pipeline.

  • Monthly Bonus: $300 for exceeding company pipeline KPIs and improving conversion rates.
