PROJECT COORDINATOR
PROJECT COORDINATOR
FULL TIME • ON-SITE + FIELD • $1,000–1,500/week
What You’re Signing Up For
This isn’t a “sit at your desk and wait for calls” job. This is boots on the ground, steering projects and relationships from day one. You’re the guide who turns an estimate into a reality — the one clients trust to answer their questions, keep their project on track, and make sure promises become deliverables.
If you’re organized, people-driven, and can handle juggling timelines with a smile, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Actually Do
Sales & Estimates
Travel to project sites to meet with new clients and provide estimates.
Scope out details, confirm budgets, and build trust right at the job site.
Convert interest into signed projects by showing clients they’re in the best hands.
Client Relationship Management
Be the point person for new and current clients throughout their project lifecycle.
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver updates with clarity and confidence.
Build lasting relationships that turn one-time jobs into repeat business.
Project Oversight
Keep a pulse on project timelines and ensure milestones stay on schedule.
Coordinate between clients, drafting, and construction to prevent bottlenecks.
Spot potential roadblocks early and clear them before they become delays.
Accountability & Reporting
Track client interactions, project updates, and sales activity with precision.
Provide weekly updates on project progress and client status.
Bring insights back to the team that help us improve processes at scale.
The Ideal Fit
A natural people-person who’s confident meeting clients face-to-face.
Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership of timelines.
Strong communicator with the ability to balance sales energy and project management focus.
Reliable, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
